Roblox gift card codes are private PINs tied to purchased cards. Keep it private and confirm the receiving account before redeeming. A card's value, Roblox Credit, Robux, and a promotional virtual item are separate things to check.
Before you redeem
- Keep the card and purchase receipt until any issue is resolved.
- Check the account name on Roblox, especially on a shared phone or computer.
- Read the card's stated denomination: money or a fixed amount of Robux.
- For a new purchase, follow Roblox's retailer information and read the applicable terms.
The U.S. terms distinguish Credit cards from specially marked Robux cards and require parent or guardian consent for redemption by people under 18. Use the terms for your jurisdiction for your own card.
How to redeem Roblox gift card codes
Open www.roblox.com/redeem, sign into the intended account, enter the PIN, and wait for confirmation. The redemption guide explains browser and phone options, including the Samsung Galaxy app exception. Never enter a private card PIN in this site's tools or send it to our contact email.
Credit is not automatically a Robux balance
Roblox's Credit guide explains that gift-card Credit is viewed and spent in a browser. Amazon and Party Packs cards instead redeem for Robux. If a money-value card succeeded but your Robux number did not change, check Available Credit on the redemption page or the Credit balance in Billing Settings.
To spend Credit, use Roblox's Get Robux option or choose a package on its Robux purchase page. Review the confirmation before buying. Smaller remaining Credit may have a conversion option. Roblox does not support splitting a purchase between Credit and a second payment method. Current packages and prices on Roblox determine what you receive; this site does not quote a fixed conversion rate.
Find a missing virtual item
Use the gift-card page to open the item's Inventory listing and check whether it says you own it. Roblox's virtual-item help explains gift-card item ownership and the monthly limit for a unique item. Repeatedly buying cards does not necessarily give duplicates of the same item.
Check which account you redeemed on before assuming the item disappeared. For a missing item, Roblox Support needs the purchase and item details. A retailer's external promotion may have a separate code-delivery process; Roblox does not issue replacement codes for those external purchases.
If the PIN will not redeem
Compare similar-looking characters, such as zero and the letter O, against the original card. Do not publish a photo of the uncovered PIN. If it still fails, open Roblox Support and follow its private support instructions. Have the receipt, card details, and exact error ready. Official card troubleshooting
For a digital purchase made through Roblox's gift-card shop, the official help article directs purchase questions to its CashStar partner. Start from that article's link rather than a stranger's support number.
Country, expiry, and refunds
Roblox's card help says gift-card codes can be redeemed worldwide and value is converted to the account currency. This does not establish eligibility for every game or event promotion. Currency conversion, refunds, and other conditions belong to the applicable regional gift-card terms.
The U.S. terms reviewed state that cards do not expire and do not have inactivity fees. They also include legal exceptions to cash-redemption and refund restrictions. Do not apply this U.S. summary to every country. A gift card's expiry rules do not keep an unrelated public game code active.
Looking for a game reward instead?
If your code came from a developer announcement rather than a card purchase, return to the game-code directory. For a platform avatar giveaway, use promo-code guidance. Claims of unlimited free card PINs or generators belong in the free-code safety checklist.
