The publisher’s DLC guide documents this path for a token included with merchandise. The current game interface was not independently tested by this site.

Reveal the DLC code on the token you already own. Keep the revealed code out of screenshots and public chats.
Sign into the Roblox account that should receive the item, then launch the official Dress To Impress experience.
Open the CODES box on the left. In that popup, select the pink DLC Code button to open DLC CODES.
Enter your own token and select Redeem. Check the account’s in-game inventory/backpack for an in-game reward.

Use the publisher’s mobile route and return within 24 hours

The official guide sends mobile users to its linked PhatMojo redemption portal. Open that link from the publisher’s guide in the sidebar, so the destination comes from the issuer rather than a copied search ad.

Follow the issuer’s account and redemption instructions there; keep the private token on the issuer’s form.
Enter Dress To Impress within 24 hours after redeeming through the portal.

Check the reward destination before trying again

An unconfirmed public code does not need to stop a fashion session. The official game describes outfit creation, runway poses and voting. Read the current round’s instructions, choose an outfit from the options your account already has, and check how the pieces look together before the runway.
